Picture this: ArmA 4 is not out until 2027, and all your PC and Xbox friends are too busy playing ARMA Reforger to join you in your seventeenth co-op playthrough of Ghost Recon Wildlands.
Well, your days of suffering are over. Bohemia Interactive has announced that ARMA Reforger is finally on the PlayStation Store.
The game is not out yet, and there is no public release date (though it will most definitely be sooner than ArmA 4), but players can already wishlist the game to get updates.
ARMA Reforger PlayStation 5 Specs
The PlayStation Store page for ARMA Reforger is looking a little barren right now, with little more than a feature image, a wishlist button, and a “release date to be determined” message.
The listing confirms that ARMA Reforger will require a PS Plus subscription to play online and multiplayer matches will support up to 64 players.
Preempting any panic or hysteria, the developers made sure to confirm that the PlayStation 5 version will come with crossplay, so you can finally join your buddies in battle. Predictably, there is no local split-screen multiplayer.

Tactical Shooters Embrace Controllers
Once upon a time, playing ArmA required a good PC, and ideally a TrackIR if you went full nerd on it.
It feels surreal to most ArmA veterans to see the franchise make such a coordinated attack on consoles, but even more surprising is that this is working rather well.
Despite initial skepticism, most players who have tried ARMA Reforger on both PC and Xbox say that the console version plays just as nicely, once you get used to the controls.
