With so many things to do and discover, there are a few handy features that can easily be missed. However, Reddit users are praising developer Pocket Pair for an incredibly handy building feature. One that many believe should be the standard in other games with crafting.

Over on the Palworld subreddit, user PurfectlySplendid not only praised the feature but also shared it with the masses, as many have been blissfully unaware of its existence. “Incase you didn’t notice, if you place materials like wood or stone in your chests and you want to build something, the game takes those resources into account as well,” the user said. They then went on to say that this is “such a good quality of life feature that many games are missing and makes micro and macro managing so much less frustrating.”

While the initial user also pointed out that Ark: Survival Evolved could also do with a feature like this, a fellow Reddit user joked, “Not even Starfield could manage this.” Others rightly praised the feature, saying, “This feature is amazing! Saves so much time!” and “This is great to know! Clear up my inventory a little bit.”

Although Palworld is receiving rave reviews and being heavily praised by fans, it’s not all good news for Pocket Pair.

Pokemon fans are calling for a mass boycott of the game as it’s “not even subtle about its rip-offs,” according to Twitter user AutumnRaptor. The user then included an image with side-by-side comparisons of “Pals” and “Pokemon” to show the striking similarities.

Other users, such as Substitube on Twitter, are also in agreeance. “I want to like Palworld, but I don’t know if I can support running existing Pokemon through a fusor and passing them off as “new” IP,” the user expressed.

DualShockers has reached out to Palworld for comment on the similarities between the two. Expect a full story on the matter if a response is received.
