Diablo 4’s Season of the Construct means players are seeing even more buffs to Fire Sorcerer builds. Most notably is the new Unique Item, Starfall Coronet. As a result of these buffs, Fire builds have risen in the meta, and new builds have been popularized such as the Meteor Firewall Sorcerer.
Diablo 4 Season Of The Construct: How To Use Seneschal Companion
Diablo 4’s Season of the Construct features a fun new side-kick, the Seneschal Companion. Here’s how to optimize your build to become powerful.
If you are looking to try out this new build, look no further. This article outlines everything you need to know, from how to play the build, to assigning Ability Points, and even the Paragon Board. In addition, it gives advice on variations of the build and customizing to your playstyle.
How To Play The Meteor Firewall Sorcerer
The Meteor Firewall Sorcerer is designed to produce large amounts of Burning Damage, which is achieved using Meteor, Firewall, Incinerate, and the Hydra Conjuration. For survivability, they rely on Teleport, Ice Armor, and some healing from the Warmth Passive. While this play style is excellent at clearing Nightmare Dungeons and Speedfarming, it does struggle against bosses.
While playing this build, you will want to use your Teleport to group enemies for your Meteor. Then, because the Meteor in this build immobilizes enemies, you will immediately cast a Firewall over the same location. The result should be a quick roasting. The Hydra is included as a way to apply damage to enemies not caught in the main group, and to keep burning targets at all times.
Enchantments For The Meteor Firewall Sorcerer
The Meteor Fireball Sorcerer, as you may have guessed, will put Meteor and Fireball into the two Enchantment slots. This will give Lucky Hit effects to spawn free versions of the spell, which will increase damage at little to no cost.
Diablo 4: Best Lightning Storm Druid Build
The Lightning Storm Druid has made a splash in Diablo 4. Here is the best build available to dominate the battlefield.
The Skill Tree For The Meteor Fireball Sorcerer
The Skill Tree for this build is very rigid, as it requires several abilities to be fully maxed out. However, some run this build with Frost Nova instead of Hydra because it provides a way to cause Vulnerability. If you do this, Exploit becomes more important as a glyph than Flamefeeder.

Diablo 4: Best Sorcerer Builds
Sorcerer is a phenomenal Class in Diablo 4, but you can make it even better by using the right build. Here are the best ones you should go with.
Paragon Boards & Paragon Glyphs
The Paragon Board for this build can go in one of two directions – Burn Damage or Critical Strike Damage. Because this variation of the build has so many ways to set targets on fire, we’ll be going the first route. Pick up the following Paragon Boards and Glyphs:
- Starting Board + Flamefeeder
- Burning Instinct + Torch
- Enchantment Master + Pyromaniac
- Searing Heat + Unleash
- Elemental Summoner + Control
If you feel squishy, then substitute Reinforced for Torch. Depending on how the affixes on your gear are stacked, Torch may not be giving you much damage anyway.
The Best Items & Aspects For The Meteor Fireball Sorcerer
This build is very demanding in terms of gear, because several of the optimal items are Random Drop only. However, it does not require any Uber Uniques – in fact it doesn’t want any at all for optimal function. This means your chances of getting the gear you want are much higher.
