It might come as no surprise given the waves the game has made, but Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has broken all previous franchise sales records.
Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, dropped some interesting information about the Black Ops 6 sales performance during a quarterly earnings call today.
Earning Calls of Duty
According to Nadella, Black Ops 6 set a new record for day-one players and marked the biggest single increase in Xbox Game Pass claims for a game in the platform’s history.
Compared to last year, which saw the mediocre release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Black Ops 6 beat it by 60% when measuring both Steam and PlayStation Store unit sales.
