installDelhi Budget 2025 Live Updates: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Tuesday presented BJP’s first budget in 26 years, and called it a ‘historic budget’. The budget of Rs 1 lakh crore has been allocated, which is 31.5% more than the previous budget.
Gupta, who also holds the finance portfolio, also allocated Rs 5,100 crore to the Mahila Samridhi Scheme, and doubled the capital expenditure to Rs 28,000. Meanwhile, Rs 9,000 crore have been allocated for clean water and sanitation.
