Where To Find Divine Intel

Divine Intel On The World Map

Each region of the world will have four Divine Intel scattered around the region. Players can accidentally stumble upon them or complete Remnawave Towers to mark them on the map. Completing these towers first is easiest as they will mark multiple nearby World Intel encounters and help players make their exploration more efficient.

When nearing a Divine Intel, there will be glowing stones that can be destroyed with your sword. Doing so will release a small ball of light that will fly off in the direction of a Divine Intel. Be sure to watch the ball of light closely and begin running after it, as it can often quickly fly out of view. Following these lights will lead players to a nearby temple and the location of a Divine Intel.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is a huge game with lots for players to see and do; here are some tricks and tips for those jumping in.

Solving Divine Intel

A Titan Divine Intel

Divine Intel is one of the more difficult World Intel events to complete, as they rely heavily on memorization. Players will need to memorize and enter a series of buttons to press in the order they are shown while going around the circle. A line will move around the circle and show players the timing to press each button, and will also play a sound that corresponds to the button needing to be pressed.

While trying to memorize the pattern is one way of solving the pattern, using the sounds can also be very helpful. Listen to the notes played as the demonstration plays out, and use the rhythm heard to enter the correct buttons. There is no penalty for failure, and the demonstration can be seen as many times as needed, but Divine Intel can still be fairly tricky to complete, especially as they get more complicated as the game progresses.

Why Solve Divine Intel

The Player Completing A Divine Intel

Divine Intel revolves around the Summon that is worshiped in that region. Upon completing the first Divine Intel for that summon, a replica can be fought in the battle simulator. Beating the Summon will reward players with that Summon’s Materia to then equip and use in battle.

Scanning more Divine Intel for that Summon can have players fight a weakened version of that Summon to still get the reward. After the Summon Materia is obtained, the number of Divine Intel scanned for it will also determine the level of that Materia and the overall strength of the Summon when used.
