How To Increase Guest Approval

Each guest will have a list of requirements that you need to fulfill for them in order to increase their approval rating. You’ll be able to see each guest’s four requests for an ideal stay before you invite them over. Guests who pay more will want better accommodations and attractions. The first step to a satisfied customer is to set expectations.

Don’t invite guests who want A-class residences when you’ve not even unlocked D-tier tents to put them in. 2. Give Gifts: Gifts are the main way to increase Guest Approval. Give each guest gifts every day that they say they like in the profile. Gift preferences are typically in the last spot on the checklist. Souvenirs make for the best gifts. You can start making souvenirs after Matayoshi invites his son over to the island. If we take the example above, Kyoko the backpacker likes Dondoko Mollusk, a fairly common item in the game. If you give her this item, it will increase her satisfaction by 100 points. But if you give her something else, like a Dondoko mushroom, it’ll only increase her satisfaction by 10 points. Always make sure that you’re giving the guests something they say they like in their profile. But if the day is ending and you don’t have that thing to give them, give them something anyway. You can only give a gift once per day.
3. Lodgings: If a guest requests F-tier lodgings and you give them D-tier lodgings, their Guest Approval will immediately receive a big boost as soon as their stay starts.

If you follow through with giving the right gifts and greeting the guests every day and don’t make a mistake, you’ll be able to max out their approval and get the Overjoyed rating at the end of your stay. Any tip they leave will go straight into your pocket in the form of both Dondobucks and Dollars.
