How To Fuse King Frost

King Frost is an iconic and powerful Persona in Persona 3 Reload that is also used for a Fusion Spell; here’s how to fuse one.

Persona 3 Reload will have players fusing all sorts of Personas to get stronger, with Elizabeth guiding these fusions with a few specific requests. Every few Elizabeth Requests will be a fusion-specific request that will have players either fusing either just a Persona or a specific Persona with a specific skill.

For the few fusion requests where just the Persona is used, these often give one piece of a Fusion Spell to give the protagonist another Theurgy ability. In this instance, Elizabeth instead asks the player to perform the Fusion spell, requiring a King Frost.

How To Fuse King Frost

The Fusion Personas For King Frost

Many players will need to fuse a King Frost to complete the 50th Elizabeth request to carry out the “King and I” fusion spell. To fuse a King Frost, players will need to fuse a Queen Medb and a Power. Queen Medb can be created by fusing a Lamia and a Mithras, while Power can be fused with a Sandman and Naga.

King Frost is of the Emperor arcana, and completing more ranks in Hidetoshi’s Social Link will have King Frost earn a few levels upon being fused. King Frost specializes in powerful ice moves and is even one of the first Personas that can learn some party-wide buffs, which are incredibly powerful at any point in the game.

Using King & I

The King & I Elizabeth Request

To use King & I, players will also need to fuse a Black Frost, which is done through a Special Fusion of a Jack Frost, Jack-O’-Lantern, and a King Frost. Since Fusion Spells don’t need that Persona summoned and only in your Compendium, it’s okay to fuse away the King Frost here and still have access to the Fusion Spell. This is the first Theurgy the player will get access to that deals heavy damage, specializing in freezing your enemies if they survive.
