Initially, the Street Surfer battery only has four bars of charge, not nearly enough to cover long distances without worrying about running out. Where To Find Street Surfer Battery Packs
There are three Street Surfer Battery Pakcs to be found in the game.
Street Surfer Battery Pack A
You might not have realized it, but this battery pack upgrade was installed on your Street Surfer as soon as you obtained the device from the salesman. Each battery pack offers two bars of charge. Two of your current four bars are from Battery Pack A.
Street Surfer Battery Pack B
Battery Pack B can be bought from Treasure Select Pawn (Hula Ave.), right next to Julie’s Gearworks. Fast travel to Julie’s Gearworks and look for the pawn shop to the east. Talk to the vendor and select “I’m here to buy.” It is priced at $1500.
Street Surfer Battery Pack C
The final battery pack can be purchased from Treasure Select Pawn (Chinatown) at the top left corner of the map. This is a high-level area, so make sure to avoid enemies on the way to this location if you’re low-level. Talk to the vendor and buy the pack for $1500.
